Featured Artist Cecil hails from the UK. The singer/songwriter creates music she has dubbed "off pop." Growing up with a musician mother, Cecil began singing and playing piano at an early age. She released the single,“The Queen is Cruel,” in 2017, which earned her UMA nomination as ‘Best Solo Female’ in 2018 from UMA.. Our featured track is her latest, "Toybox."
