Louisiana native Dege Legg goes by his stage name, Brother Dege. Steeped in the Cajun and blues culture of his home, Brother Dege has been recording and performing on and off for years while doing some odd jobs along the way. When Quentin Tarantino heard his music, he knew he had to include Dege in his film Django Unchained. Dege’s music is cinematic yet personal, and his arsenal includes musicians skilled in the use of slide guitars and Delta blues that sound utterly contemporary while staying true to their Deep Southern roots.
